I Had To Post This Bit of Brilliance

From my coworker TK in response to her and her roomates ad on craigslist:

Dear Ladies,


I would like to enthuiastically reply to your room for rent ad and begthat you take my candidacy for your space seriously (isn't it odd howfinding an apartment in New York City feels like a job interview?).

I'm a 25 year-old writer recently relocated to New York City and insearch of great digs, or at least a warm/dry place to lay my head atnight. I'm a nice, soft-spoken MFA graduate from UCLA who is timidlyfacing the prospect of a rugged winter.

I love Movies, Sports, Music, Politics, Literature and Theatre. Ispend all of my time at home sleeping, reading, writing oroccassionally watching TV. There's one other thing, I'm submissive.

I spent the past year and a half as both a roommate and cook, maid,errand boy and slave for two women in Los Angeles and would like verymuch to find a similar situation in New York.

Would you have any interest in having a clean, quiet roommate that pays rent on time and will do literally anything you say? I hope so.Please feel free to ask any questions.
